Our group fitness classes are coach-led, community-driven, and built on a proven training methodology that develops real, lasting fitness — not just a good sweat.
Every class is built around the five pillars of complete fitness:
No two classes are the same. Our programming is constantly varied so you stay challenged, engaged, and never plateau. Every movement is rooted in real-life patterns — squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling — and every workout can be scaled in weight, intensity, and mechanics to meet you exactly where you are.
All classes run approximately 60 minutes and follow a consistent structure: warm-up, movement instruction and demonstration, coached workout, and cool-down. A certified coach guides every rep — cueing your form, pushing your effort, and making sure you leave better than you came in.
New to group fitness? No problem. All new members start with our Kickstart program , which teaches you the foundational movements and gets you confident and ready for class.
